PHOENIX SERIES – SWING ARM ROBOT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fast speed, high efficiency, low noise, long life, economical molding industry, the most economical choice ,patent (patent number : ZL201310027721.7 /ZL201410353254.1/ZL201420407564.2) approvals, Phoenix series, 30-280 tons of various horizontal injection molding machines, used to remove finished products and nozzles. The model has 450/650/850 , the upper and lower arms are single-cut and double-cut; the upper and lower strokes are from 350-950mm, which are dedicated to two-plate molds; the single function is used for the water-clamping port, and the full function can be used to clamp the nozzle or simultaneously clamp the nozzle and suck. Finished product; claw-rotating mechanism, can rotate the finished product 90 degrees. The installation of this robotic arm can increase productivity, reduce product defect rate, ensure operator safety, reduce manual, precise control of production, and reduce waste.

REDSTONE SERIES- CNC SERVO BEAM ROBOT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Redstone series of robotic arms are used to auxiliary in various types of plastic horizontal injection molding machines of 50-800 tons. There are 3-axis and 5-axis AC servo drives. The finished arm robot is for taking out products and nozzles. The upper and lower arm structures are single and double-cut, which can be increased. The material arm is used for the water inlet; the material arm can be driven by a cylinder drive or an AC servo motor. The Redstone series of robots are suitable for high-precision, high-speed removal and embedding, with fast response and high positioning accuracy for quick removal or multiple extraction and embedding applications.
